All weekly bookings are from Saturday - Saturday in the main holiday season. Entry into the cottage is from 4pm on the day of commencement and departure is by 10am on the final day. Exceptions can be made out of season at the discretion of the proprietors.
We offer short breaks in the quieter months, please contact us for enquiries.
Included in the price of your stay are all bed linen, towels and electricity. We regret that we do not accommodate pets. No2 Keepers Cottage operates a strictly non-smoking policy.
All bookings are confirmed by us in writing or by email within 7-14 days of receipt of payments. All bookings made out with our online booking facility are subject to a deposit of £100. Balance payments are required to be settled one calendar month prior to arrival. Bookings made within one calendar month of the arrival are payable in full. If you use our online facility for payment, the full amount for your stay will be debited from your card.
Cheques should be made payable to: Vivienne Roberts and mailed to No1 Keepers Cottage, Skeabost Bridge, Isle of Skye, IV51 9NP. Credit card payments are accepted by using the online payment facility.
In the event of cancellation by the proprietor, a refund to the full value paid by the client will be met. No further claim shall be made against the proprietor should a cancellation be made due to exceptional circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by the client, a refund minus the £100 deposit will be given subject to the property being re-let. We would advise that our clients take out appropriate holiday insurance.
The tenant will use the accommodation for private holiday purposes only and will not sub-let the property.
The tenant will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any breakages, loss or damage and shall leave the property in a clean, neat and tidy condition.
No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors for any loss, damage or injury to person or property (including cars, accessories or contents) whilst within the confines of No2 Keepers Cottage whilst the tenant or any member of his or her party is engaged in any activity, or any illness arising from any cause whatsoever.
